Love is a pearl


In hour of my deep sorrow
may it today or tomorrow.
I sit under a tree and on bench

life so hard with many a quench.


All day is new, every minute a few
an hour is long but seconds are new.
Lord bestow life that tough and short
all is far and see! all is apart.


Love is a game I never could play
oh, my heart will roam ,my heart will stray.
I heard this love as diamond edge
but 'No " some say it 's flowery hedge.


Me will think but one more think
love is a priceless pearl like thing.
